1. Purpose

This website is intended for the promotion of Ramen Joe and for making online table reservations at Ramen Joe restaurants located in Porto and Lisbon. Accessing and using this website implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Reservations

Reservations are made online through the form available on the website. A reservation is only confirmed after validation by the restaurant. You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.

Ramen Joe reserves the right to cancel or refuse reservations due to unavailability of tables, special events or temporary closure, with the customer notified as soon as possible.

3. Cancellation and No-Show

We ask that you cancel your reservation at least 2 hours in advance, allowing other customers to enjoy the table.

Failure to show up without prior notice (no-show) may limit the possibility of making future reservations. Ramen Joe appreciates your understanding and courtesy.

4. Liability

Ramen Joe is not responsible for errors or failures in completing the reservation caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the user.

Ramen Joe does not guarantee permanent availability of the website or the absence of technical interruptions. In case of inability to make a reservation for technical reasons, the user should contact the restaurant directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, design and code, is the property of Ramen Joe or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any content without prior written authorisation from Ramen Joe is expressly prohibited.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of this website or the services provided, the Court of Porto shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
